Traditional Chinese Medicine sees the body as a whole. If one part falls ill,
it is a reflection of a general problem that must be understood and treated.
Acupuncture is an ancient technique of Traditional Chinese Medicine,
with excellent results in many pathologies.
Whether it's a simple symptom or a more complicated condition,
Acupuncture can be the answer.
It has excellent results in pain relief (acute or chronic)
like joints and muscular pain, back pain and sciatica.
Also headaches, migraine, anxiety, insomnia and panic attacks.
Great to quit smoking, digestive problems, asthma, sinusitis, rhinitis and skin problems, to lose weight or even fertility issues and others.
Depending on the situation it may be used in isolation or in conjunction with conventional western medicine or alternative techniques.
I studied Psychology (Universidade Lusófona) and Traditional Chinese Medicine
(APA-DA Universidade de Medicina Chinesa) treating all kind of disorders.
My approach is a mix of all my experience in a Holistic point of view.
I have been a Therapist for more than 18 years now.

Pins are thinner than a hair (so it´s not painful) and all materials are disposable.

MOXA
CHINESE HERBAL MEDICINE
Consists in heating particular points on the body with dried mugwort sticks (moxa).

It is especially useful for the treatment of pain. Moxa is often cited for its effectiveness in turning breech babies.
Moxa has been used alongside acupuncture for over 3 thousand years. It is a comfortable sensation and usually very relaxing.
I use smokeless Moxa, less smoke and smell,
the same benefits.
Herbal medicine is fundamental in
Traditional Chinese Medicine.
If Acupuncture balances the energy,
herbal medicine will nourish it.
Like TCM in general, Chinese Herbal Medicine can be combined with or used alongside other medical therapies and disciplines, such as western medicine.
I will not ask you to stop taking any medicines that the doctor has prescribed for you.
All formulas are balanced, prepared and approved
in Europe.
